About Thai Cuisine

About Japanese Cuisine
Japanese food is becoming more and more popular around the world.
Japanese food is all cooked on the stove-top; an oven is never used. There are five traditional cooking methods: boiling, grilling, deep-frying, steaming, and serving raw.
“Serving raw” is considered a cooking method because although the food is not cooked, preparation (in terms of peeling, slicing, etc.) is still required.
