About Thai Cuisine

Thai cooking places emphasis on lightly prepared dishes with strong aromatic components and a spicy edge.

It is known for its complex interplay of at least three and up to four or five fundamental taste senses in each dish or the overall meal: sour, sweet, salty, bitter, and spicy.

Thai cuisine is one of the most popular cuisine in the world. In 2011, seven of Thailand’s popular dishes made it to the list of the “World’s 50 Most Delicious Foods

  • THAI GREEN CURRY

    Spicy Coconut milk with chicken, kafir lime leaf, mushroom, green beans, bamboo shoot, onion and basil.

    Flat Rice Noodles with chicken, egg, spring onion, bean sprout, carrot and tamarind sauce served with crushed peanut and a wedge of fresh sliced lime.

About Japanese Cuisine

Japanese food is becoming more and more popular around the world.

Japanese food is all cooked on the stove-top; an oven is never used. There are five traditional cooking methods: boiling, grilling, deep-frying, steaming, and serving raw.

“Serving raw” is considered a cooking method because although the food is not cooked, preparation (in terms of peeling, slicing, etc.) is still required.
